We are happy that you have chosen to make Sundance Ridge, home.  Here are a few things that may be helpful for those who are moving in. 

We are a gated community.  As part of your closing, you may have been provided a gate code for accessing the entrance gate.  Chances are you were provided a code that will expire a few days after closing.  Each family will be issued a unique gate code for use as long as they live in the HOA.  This makes it easier for us to manage when a family moves out or a builder completes a home, we don’t have to change the code for everyone, just the people we need to.  

We request all lot owners and those who rent homes in the HOA, provide basic contact information to be included in the HOA files.  This basic contact information is tied to your unique gate access code.  If an email is provided, it will only be used to send our quarterly Newsletter or similar HOA correspondence.  Personal contact information is maintained as privileged information and not shared in open form.  If you would like your name to be added to the gate directory, we will add it as directed.
