Board of Director meetings are scheduled on a monthly basis. Annual Meetings are scheduled as required by the CC&Rs and will be announced in our 4th Quarter Newsletter, which will be mailed to all lot owners.  Â

A Meeting Agenda will be posted on this page prior to the meeting date. Owners have the right and opportunity to address the Board during the first part of each meeting regarding matters on the agenda. Owners can address association concerns not on the agenda at the end of the meeting, during the owner's forum. The Board can take no action on any item presented by owners that is not on the agenda unless it is an emergency as defined in the Oklahoma Statutes.

Meeting Minutes document the official business of the HOA and its Board of Directors. Draft minutes are created following each meeting. Following a review and vote of the board to approve the minutes as drafted, the official minutes will be posted in HOA files and on the website. Click anywhere in this block to expand a list of filed Minutes.
